We know your pets are family. That's why Parkview is a pet-friendly community. Please review our pet policy below, and contact us with any questions. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!

Parkview Apartments participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.


We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home, and have no weight limits.


Pet Fees:

Pet Deposit: $500 per pet (fixed & refundable)

Pet Rent: $50/month, per pet (fixed)
